Quickbooks® Basic Workshop- 5 Week Course

QuickBooks® Basic is a 15 hour course designed to provide participants with a practical understanding of all the functional areas in addition to providing a basic overview of accounting principles, concepts and methods. Using case studies this course provides participants with practical hands on computer experience necessary to establish, organize and manage an efficient accounting system.
Business Owners will know how to effectively use:
Week 1: The Customer Center to manage cash receipts and Accounts Receivable, the Vendor Center to manage cash payments and Accounts Payable
Week 2: Inventory items-enter and maintain inventory, Bank Reconciliation features, Pay Sales Tax feature
Week 3: New Company Setup
Week 4: Time Tracking and Job Costing
Week 5: Reports-run financial statements and other month-end reports used to manage the day-to-day business operations effectively, Review of concepts taught.
